As you know Windows Phone 8.1 announce to brought Cortana, A personal assistant for your phone, At the beginning it was only available to US and later it cover a new more countries but still some of the countries are not yet supported.
In this tutorial we will gona show you a way to let Cortana runs in any country which is not available at the moment. Just follow the following steps :

- Go to “Settings” and tap “Language”
- Click on add languages and search for “English (United States)”
- In Region Settings choose “United States” as Country/Region and “match phone language” as Regional format.
- In Speech settings choose (English (United States” as Speech language.
- After that restart your windows phone.
That's it! Cortana will successfully install on your windows phone.
Simply click on search icon from your windows phone home screen to get started.
