Today Microsoft released the Windows 10 Preview for all Lumia Windows Phones. This Previews comes with a few caveats but the case with software still in under development. There will be some features that break after updates.

If your phone has Windows 8 then you may need to update to Windows Phone 8.1 build 14219 first before updating to Windows 10.
