In this tutorial I will show you how you can update your any windows phone to the latest version:
Small updates of your current Operating System updates
These updates are very easy to install, you just need to follow the following steps:

- Go to the App list and tap Settings.
- Tap Phone update and then tap check for updates
- Tap Yes to continue and then it will take 5-10 minutes to update your phone to the latest version.
Install pre-Release updates
If you want to install those updates which are not released then just follow the following steps:
- Download the Windows Insider App from Windows Phone Store or click here.
- After the download/install is finished then launch the app and log in with your Microsoft Account.
- Choose insider Show or fast, it will depended on how risky you want to be and how quickly you want Windows 10 Preview updates.
- After that confirms your agreements of the insider program and tap the check mark.
- Go to settings>Phone Update>Check for Updates.
- Phone may need to go through another step to get started.
- After that your phone should start downloading the Windows 10 Preview update(Make sure that your phone battery is at least 40 percent charged.
NOTE : Install Pre-Release updates at your own risk, these updates will might cause a huge problem and your phone might be stop working permanently
